xMoney is thrilled to be awarded the GPTW certificate – read what that means for all of us

Creating a good workplace culture is important for a company to succeed and this has been our big focus! A good culture helps keep talented people with us, it boosts productivity and happiness. One way we can show that we care about our workplace culture is by getting the Great Place to Work® Certification, and we are very proud of that 🏆

Great Place to Work® (GPTW®) Institute is a global research, consulting and training firm that helps organisations identify, create and sustain great workplaces through the development of high-trust workplace cultures. Each year, the Institute awards the best workplaces with the GPTW certificate. It is hard to get because it looks at what xMoney team members say, how they feel, how the company is managed, and the culture. Getting this Certification shows our employees, community members, clients, and partners that we care about good workplace culture and we consider this as a never-ending work topic, as we can always shape our ways and improve the way we are day by day.

The GPTW® is the global authority for building, sustaining and recognizing high-trust, high-performance workplace cultures.

In order to understand the size & importance  of the GPTW® certificate, let me just mention some of the other companies that have been awarded this year: EY, Cisco, American Express, Accenture, Deloitte and more.

If a company takes care of its people, its people will take care of the company. It’s not rocket science – it’s how you create a positive culture of togetherness and a growth mindset.

I am incredibly proud of what we have achieved as a team! I want to express my gratitude to the entire team for their unwavering efforts and commitment day after day. This is a true reflection of great teamwork and shows that we care about our team and want them to be happy and successful.
